“Rachel is compassionate, down to earth, and wickedly smart. She not only helped us find free treatment programs for our special needs toddler, she provided insightful advice, encouragement, and empathy as she is a mother herself. Our daughter has flourished so much and we are grateful to Rachel as she is the type of person to hold your hand every step of the way.”

“I knew within my first appointment that Rachel was going to be different.  Rachel scheduled my appointments once a week for 12 weeks. At the end of that session we re-evaluated together to decide if I needed to continue on with once a week, or drop down to every other week. Everyone else I had seen was once a month and we never seemed to get much accomplished. I had never had such aggressive, consistent treatment. I actually felt like I was accomplishing something for a change. I had gained a partner in my fight with my mental health. Rachel taught me how to change my negative self-talk and how to be kinder to myself by giving me tools and methods to use.  I am doing so much better at this time. I know that Rachel is there if I need her. She gained my trust, showed me empathy and gave me the tough love I needed. I thank her so much for impacting my life and changing it for the better.”

“Rachel helped me hone in on specific behaviors I could address and taught me specific strategies and steps to lessen my anxiety and stress. After two visits I am much better able to handle issues at work.”
